• Technical or commercial training as well as experience in Customer Service, sales administration, quality management, or Claim Management
• Several years of professional experience in customer service or complaint management
• Understanding of quality, logistics, and production processes
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Analytical skills and enjoyment of root cause analysis
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High communication strength as well as assertiveness
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
• Very good German as well as good French skills; English skills are an advantage
