We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager (M/F) for one of our clients based in the canton of Genève. Your mission ------------- As the company's HR referent, you will autonomously take charge of the various aspects related to human resources management and support the management as well as the employees on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities will notably include: * Direct and organize the activity of the HR department * Supervise and support one person within the department * Ensure administrative personnel management, from the entry to the exit of employees * Support employees and managers in various HR issues * Manage recruitments and participate in team development * Ensure the follow-up of contracts, absences, social insurance and other personnel-related procedures * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and conventions applicable to the sector * Participate in the management of individual and disciplinary situations * Advise management on HR issues and contribute to the evolution of internal practices * Implement and improve HR processes to guarantee structured and efficient management * Be a force for proposal on subjects related to organization, recruitment and employee development Your profile ------------ * You hold the Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines * You have a first successful experience in an HR Manager / HR generalist function with responsibilities * Ideally, you have a first experience within a construction or building company or a strongly operational environment * You master the main aspects of HR management in Switzerland as well as labor law * You are autonomous, organized, rigorous and proactive * You have a sense of responsibility and are able to manage your files independently * You have good interpersonal skills and know how to position yourself as a trusted interlocutor with both employees and management * You are comfortable in a dynamic and field-oriented environment We offer you ------------------- * A key and versatile function within a company in the construction sector * Real autonomy in the management and development of the HR function * A dynamic and human-sized working environment * The possibility to leverage your experience and evolve the company's HR practices * A start date to be agreed * A position based in the canton of Genève * Salary according to profile Do you want to join a company in which your HR expertise will have a real impact?
