The Fédération Patronale et Économique is looking for, for one of its members, a recognized company in the Bulle region active in the installation of blinds, a:

Commercial Employee at 80-100%

Reception, administration and logistics

Your main missions

You ensure a versatile role combining reception, administrative management and logistical support:

• Telephone reception and customer reception
• Entry and monitoring of staff hours
• Reception, control and management of goods related to the blinds activity
• Unloading of deliveries and handling of goods
• Establishment and monitoring of invoicing
• Management of warranty files and insurance
• Cash register management
• Updating the website and social media management
• Carrying out small repairs and maintenance of mosquito nets
• Planning and coordination of installers' interventions
• Management and monitoring of blind stock

Your profile

• CFC commercial employee or equivalent training
• Confirmed professional experience in a similar function
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service
• Very good organizational and planning skills
• Ease with standard IT tools
• Versatility and interest in an environment combining administration and logistics
• Good physical condition allowing for handling work and carrying loads
• Knowledge of German and notions of English: an asset
• Forklift license: an asset
