Cook (M/F) – Extra

Le Quartier LôDzé is looking for a Cook (M/F) on an extra basis to strengthen its kitchen team.
We are looking for a motivated, organized and autonomous person, concerned with the quality of preparations and committed to respecting the establishment's standards.

Your missions:

• Prepare and make dishes in collaboration with the Executive Chef, the sous-chef and the chefs de partie.
• Ensure the finishing, plating and quality of the dishes before they are sent to the dining room.
• Control the compliance of preparations and ensure respect for the establishment's catering standards.
• Participate in the mise en place and the organization of the workstation.
• Manage the means and technical needs necessary for the smooth running of the service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to the good coordination of the kitchen.
• Participate in the development of innovative projects and the evolution of the catering offer.
• Rigorously apply hygiene and food safety rules, notably HACCP procedures.
• Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen material and equipment.

Profile sought:

• Training in cooking or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in catering.
• Good mastery of culinary techniques and preparation methods.
• Sense of organization, rigor and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to respect service deadlines.
• Team spirit, autonomy and good communication.
• Strict respect for HACCP hygiene and food safety standards.
• Flexibility and availability for varied schedules, including weekends, public holidays and split shifts.
