Administrative Assistant (M/F)

Job description: In order to strengthen our agency, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Your main missions:

Administrative management of candidate / employee files
Monitoring of contracts, amendments, legal documents, work permits, allowances
Declaration and monitoring of sickness / accident cases
Data entry of hours and payroll management
Physical and telephone reception

Job requirements:

• You hold a CFC as a Commercial Employee or equivalent

Ideally, you have a first experience in HR admin (in an agency: a real plus!)

• You are comfortable with numbers
• Person comfortable both orally and in writing in French
• Very good mastery of IT tools
• You like working in a dynamic environment and you know how to manage your priorities
• You are recognized for your rigor
