You will be responsible for ensuring autonomous, rigorous, and customer-oriented management of claim files, particularly in the fields of travel insurance (cancellation, interruption, luggage), shopping insurance, as well as ski insurance, in close collaboration with the various stakeholders in the processing of files. * Take calls and open claim files * Manage varied files autonomously and in a customer-oriented manner (travel insurance, shopping, ski, etc.) * Analyze situations, make decisions, and settle benefits in accordance with legal and contractual provisions * Ensure correspondence and exchanges with the different parties involved in the settlement of a claim, notably the insured, the medical service, other insurers, and lawyers What you bring ------------------ * Proven experience in the management of travel cancellation claims (minimum 2 years) * Perfect mastery of French and German (minimum C1), good knowledge of English (minimum B2), Italian and Swiss-German being an asset * Excellent writing skills and autonomy in work * Ease in telephone contacts, team spirit, good organizational skills and dynamism * Flexibility, analytical spirit and good resistance to stress * Good mastery of IT tools, notably the Office Pack Redion (Suisse) Services SA * Redion (Suisse) Services SA Avenue Perdtemps 23 1260 Nyon * [ ](< >) jpid7e01342jm jpit1043jm jpiy26jm
