Enologist 100% CDD

We are looking for an autonomous and experienced Enologist, capable of managing all cellar work with rigor and efficiency for a mission from 1st to 30 September with the possibility of extension.

Profile:

• Training in enology or a degree considered equivalent
• Practical cellar experience indispensable
• Good knowledge of winemaking equipment and real ability to work autonomously
• Good physical and stress resistance

Tasks:

• Autonomously ensure the various cellar works and the monitoring of vinifications.
• Master current operations: reception of harvests, pressing, pump-overs, racking, blending, aging and preparation of wines.
• Know and know how to use cellar machines and equipment.
• Ensure the proper functioning and routine maintenance of the equipment.
• Perform the necessary controls and analyses for monitoring wine quality.
• Work in compliance with hygiene, safety rules and cellar procedures.
• Demonstrate rigor, organization and autonomy while collaborating effectively with the team.
