Unit Secretary

Job Description ##

As a unit secretary within a Regional Office for the Protection of Minors (ORPM), you ensure, in collaboration with the social assistants for the protection of minors (ASPM), the complete administrative management of the files of minors being monitored. You assist the social assistants in their organization, the drafting of correspondence, and reports to judicial authorities. Your mission is concretely part of the protection of minors in danger in their development.

Permanent contract (CDI) available at 80-100% and fixed-term contract (CDD) available at 80-100%, at the Office de l'Ouest vaudois in Rolle.

Responsibilities ##

• Ensure the physical reception and telephone reception of the office; take part in the office's duty roster process;
• Provide secretarial support to the social assistants, the division manager, and the social unit manager;
• Ensure administrative and logistical tasks (schedules, attendance sheet, mail dispatch, IT support, office documentation, etc.); management of premises and office supplies;
• Collaborate, at the request of the division manager, on specific tasks, working groups, or supervisions.

Qualifications ##

• Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee.
• Good command of basic IT tools (MS Office suite).
• Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Excellent writing skills.

The communication of any criminal records is required for this position.
