To strengthen our management teams in our stores in the cantons of Vaud, Valais and Fribourg, we are looking for, immediately or as agreed, several Floor Managers at 100% for our Fashion (women's, men's and children's fashion), Beauty (perfumery and cosmetics) and Hardgoods (home, decoration and leisure) departments. We are looking for inspiring leaders, passionate about retail, results-oriented, mastering KPIs and capable of developing their teams and the commercial performance of their sector. ##

Your responsibilities

• You are the engine of commercial activity on the ground: your active presence, your sense of service and your constructive attitude make all the difference.
• You develop omnichannel by encouraging your team to use digital tools in store, such as Instore Ordering, in order to offer a fluid and modern customer experience.
• You actively contribute to the acquisition and loyalty of new customers by implementing targeted and effective actions.
• You unite your team on a daily basis, encourage everyone to excel and accompany their development with enthusiasm.
• You organize resources with agility according to priorities and operational needs, while remaining reactive to unforeseen events.
• You accompany apprentices with kindness and rigor in order to promote their learning and professional evolution.
• You conduct HR interviews (recruitment, development, evaluation and departure) with professionalism and discernment.
• You analyze commercial results (turnover, margins, KPI) and implement concrete actions to improve performance.
• You are a true ambassador of the customer experience and guarantor of impeccable service.
• You ensure rigorous stock management and ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as legal requirements.

Your profile

• You benefit from solid experience in retail, ideally in a premium or high-end environment.
• Ideally, you are a certified trainer and hold training in sales (CFC or equivalent), a real asset to accompany the development of your team.
• You have a first successful experience in team management and master the challenges of retail as well as the functioning of a sales area.
• You know how to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele with professionalism, elegance and a sense of service.
• You are solution-oriented, keep your calm in the face of unforeseen events and know how to motivate your team even in the most intense periods.
• You master digital tools and are interested in digital solutions that facilitate work and enrich the customer experience.
• You speak French fluently. Mastery of another national language constitutes an additional asset.
