Jubin Frères SA is a family business, founded in 1973 with its headquarters in Porrentruy.

We are the largest Swiss family-owned distributor of fuels. Our field includes the sale of fuels and combustibles and the operation and development of a network of service stations with and without shops throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

To strengthen our shop team, we are looking for

An Operational and Financial Referent - Shop Network

Your challenges:

• Management and control of financial flows: Verify and train managers in the correct maintenance of cash closings, lottery and card controls (e.g.: paysafecard), as well as the global management of the shops' financial flows.
• Administrative support: Train managers and employees on the processes for transmitting invoices and administrative documents to headquarters (missions similar to those of the Area Manager, excluding supply orders).
• Cash Procedures: Set and supervise procedures for collecting cash data relating to daily receipts and deposits with the operational staff
• Competitive monitoring: Regularly transmit to headquarters the price reports practiced by competing service stations.
• Financial steering and risk management: Accompany operational staff in the understanding and compliance of their expenses, identify the origin of discrepancies and evaluate associated risks.
• Continuous improvement: Contribute to the improvement of management information systems and internal procedures governing the relations between the Shops and the Central Office.

Your profile:

• Technical skills: Excellent command of IT tools, in particular Business Intelligence tools and an advanced mastery of Excel.
• Soft skills and interpersonal skills: Equipped with good interpersonal skills and a true sense of pedagogy, you know how to communicate effectively with non-financial interlocutors (operational teams).
• Personal qualities: Rigor, discretion and being proactive are indispensable assets to succeed in this role.
• Geographical area: Frequent itinerant positions throughout French-speaking Switzerland. To ensure balanced and efficient coverage of tours, a central domicile is required (ideally in the canton of Fribourg or on the Lausanne – Yverdon axis).
