Job description ##

In close collaboration with the chef de cuisine and the sous-chefs, you will autonomously ensure the management of your production station and actively participate in the preparation of meals intended for patients, doctors as well as dining areas dedicated to private clientele. You will ensure compliance with recipes, presentation standards and the nutritional requirements specific to a prestigious establishment. You will rigorously apply hygiene and food safety standards, participate in the good organization of the kitchen and contribute daily to maintaining a recognized level of excellence.

Profile sought ##

With a CFC as a cook or a training deemed equivalent, you have proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a high-end establishment, a 4 or 5-star hotel, a gastronomic restaurant or a high-standing private clinic. Organized, rigorous and endowed with an excellent team spirit, you appreciate structured environments where quality takes precedence over quantity.
