As a Corporate Paralegal within the Corporate & Finance Counsel team at Nestlé, your mission is to support corporate legal management, governance and compliance of the Group's legal entities based in Switzerland. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with other Legal & Compliance teams, Group Controlling & Finance, Human Resources, global markets, external advisors and service providers.   • Precisely coordinate legalization, notarization, apostille and proof of ownership processes.
  • Maintain reliable share registers, legal entity data and digital archives for reporting, due diligence and compliance.
