On behalf of one of our clients, the agency OKJOB Genève is looking for a:

Job description ###

-Manage, support and develop a front-of-house team;
-Develop schedules and organize resources according to activity;
-Supervise the entire service ensuring excellent coordination with the kitchen;
-Guarantee irreproachable service quality and customer satisfaction;
-Advise customers thanks to your solid knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails;
-Ensure management of reservations, payments and the cash register;
-Manage beverage and consumable stocks, place orders and ensure their follow-up;
-Develop weekly activity reports and analyze performance indicators;
-Implement continuous improvement actions in order to optimize operational and commercial performance;
-Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards and internal procedures.

Profile ###

-CFC as a Restaurant Specialist or an equivalent title;
-Federal Brevet in restaurant management or equivalent training;
-Minimum 8 years of experience in the restaurant service field;
-At least 3 years of successful experience in a management function with team supervision;
-Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and mixology (cocktails);
-Natural leadership, sense of organization and excellent priority management;
-Spirit of initiative, autonomy and ability to unite a team;
-Ease with IT tools and reservation and cash register software.
