Start date: 01 November 2026 ideally ### What you bring to our mission You ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of the premises and buildings, notably by contributing to the cleaning and tidying of common areas, both interior and exterior. The goal is to build a lasting collaboration, at the service of the quality of our services. >> #### Your key missions * Maintain interior and exterior spaces, ensure the maintenance of installations and the monitoring of breakdowns. * Organize sorting, recycling, and waste management. * Perform various administrative tasks, manage orders and the monitoring of cleaning product stocks. * Perform periodic checks, notably regarding fire protection. * Maintain good relations with partners, neighbors, and employees, and respond to requests by directing them if necessary. * Ensure the circulation of useful information to all professions, in connection with the hierarchy. ### Your profile * CFC as an operations agent or in a technical field useful to the function * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical building management * Driver's license, category B * Experience in stock management and ordering. * Basic knowledge of safety (notably fire). * Ability to work autonomously, sense of organization and versatility. * Excellent interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork. * Good command of French (oral and written), and IT tools. ### What EVAM offers you * A committed working environment * A continuous training policy to evolve in your career * A teleworking policy * 5 weeks of vacation (6 from 50 years old) * Very good social benefits * Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context ### The recruitment process in 2 steps: 1.
