What awaits you? ##

• Welcome and take charge of customers
• Provide advice on basic services such as savings, payments, investments, as well as pension planning
• Develop solutions adapted to the client's needs, taking into account their personal situation
• Guide our clientele in the use of digital banking tools
• Detect and optimize client potential through active management of a portfolio
• Collaborate on market prospecting measures, particularly during contact campaigns
• Ensure cash management and service for customers and self-service devices
• Perform administrative tasks and internal controls related to the function

What do you bring? ##

• Completed banking training or experience in customer service or a commercial service
• 2 to 3 years (minimum) of experience in a similar function
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a developed sense of customer service
• Commitment, proactivity, and a strong customer orientation
