In order to complete our team, we are looking for a:

IT Collaborator - Service desk at 100%

YOUR FUTURE MISSION

• Ensure reception and support for users (calls, tickets, requests), advise them and guarantee a quality relationship
• Qualify, prioritize and process incidents and requests while ensuring full follow-up
• Participate in the coordination of support activities, the monitoring of workloads and the reporting of performance indicators
• Contribute to the monitoring of projects related to support
• Update documentation
• Pay particular attention to the processing and escalation of IT security events
• The Service Desk role includes alternating between telephone support and remote and on-site incident resolution activities at clients.

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC as an IT Specialist or IT Operator
• Professional experience required in a similar function
• Interpersonal skills and a service sense oriented towards "result and customer satisfaction"
• Mastery of Microsoft Office and the Windows environment
• ITIL certification is a plus
• Good management of tense and stressful situations
• Ability to work in a team and independently
