Administrative Assistant - HSE department support 100 %

• Ensure the updating, drafting, and management of essential HSE documentation, including procedures, presentations, and reports
• Contribute to the regular updating of HSE dashboards for the monitoring of key indicators and the preparation of reports
• Create, manage, and maintain collaborative tools (such as SharePoint or databases) in order to optimize the efficiency of the HSE team
• Risk analyses: Ensure the administrative follow-up of the resulting corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate and monitor contracts with service providers related to HSE activities
• Provide support in the monitoring of invoicing and ordering processes related to HSE operations
• Provide administrative and organizational support to operational HSE projects, notably for planning, monitoring, and documentation
• Plan and organize HSE meetings and committees, and draft the corresponding minutes
• Manage the logistical organization of HSE training (fire, first aid, etc.) intended for site occupants
• Coordinate and participate in evacuation and fire safety exercises, in close collaboration with the HSE team
• Actively contribute to the development and dissemination of health and safety awareness campaigns, intended for all site occupants with the Health Service and the HSE team
• Commercial, administrative training or equivalent
• An HSE specialization is an asset
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar administrative function
• Experience in an HSE or technical environment is a plus
• Experience within an international organization is a plus
• Proficiency in French level C1 min
• Proficiency in English level C1 min
• Excellent management of IT tools (MS Office)
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus
• Communicative, autonomous, discreet, and proactive personality
• Strong customer orientation and sense of service
• Excellent presentation
