Administration and HR Manager

Founded in 1984, Fasel Échafaudages SA is a leading family business in scaffolding in
French-speaking Switzerland. More than 50 employees carry out nearly 1000 construction sites per year, mainly in the cantons of
Neuchâtel and Fribourg. Distinguished by SUVA PRO, the company also trains apprentices,
several of whom have been Swiss champions at the SwissSkills.

To consolidate our organization, we are creating a management position combining administration and
human resources, reporting to the general management.

Administration and HR Manager (100 %) – M / F
Boudry (NE) with occasional presence in Corpataux (FR)

Your missions :

Human resources (50 %)

• Ensure administrative personnel management
• Drive recruitment and continuous training
• Manage the employee journey from Onboarding to Offboarding
• Guarantee the application of the CCT and the quality of data transmitted to the fiduciary for payroll

Administration (50 %)

• Lead the administrative team of the two sites (4-5 female employees)
• Supervise invoicing, tracking of accounting documents and archiving
• Manage insurance, general contracts and administrative procedures
• Support the Technical Office, notably on tenders and HR indicators
• Supervise the organization of internal and client events

Your profile :

• Federal diploma of HR specialist or equivalent, on a commercial basis (CFC or equivalent)
• 7 to 10 years of experience in generalist HR, including a significant part with a field population
• Proven experience in leading an administrative team
• Mastery of legal elements and social insurances
• Very good mastery of IT tools and interest in artificial intelligence
• Interest in the construction sector and ease with operational teams
• Leadership, good communicator with team spirit and initiative
• Interest in marketing and social networks would be a plus
• French native language, German an asset
• Driver's license
