Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the complete and autonomous management of the payroll cycle for several establishments of the Group, representing a population of 700 to 850 employees.
• You ensure the preparation, control, and closing of monthly salaries in compliance with deadlines, legal provisions, and applicable collective agreements.
• You manage the many payroll variables specific to our hotel industry and ensure their treatment with rigor and precision.
• You ensure the monitoring and control of data transmitted by the various establishments and departments.
• You are the point of reference for questions relating to salaries and provide support to employees, managers, and HR teams of the different establishments.
• You also provide support on HR administrative aspects that go beyond the strict scope of payroll preparation.
• You ensure the monitoring of deadlines and know how to manage sometimes short deadlines, demonstrating organization and prioritization.
• You collaborate closely with operational teams in order to understand their challenges and provide them with answers adapted to the realities of the hotel industry.
• You participate in the monitoring, analysis, and reliability of HR indicators and data related to the payroll.
• You identify any anomalies, ensure necessary controls, and are proactive in proposing improvements to processes and data quality.
• You ensure monitoring of legal, regulatory, and conventional developments having an impact on payroll management.
• You are an integral part of the Human Resources team and work in close collaboration with Finance and the various interlocutors of the Group's establishments.

Profile sought

• You have a first confirmed experience in Switzerland in the field of payroll, ideally in a complex and multi-site environment.
• You master the entire payroll cycle and are able to manage it autonomously, from the collection of variables to the controls and the closing.
• You are comfortable with a large volume of data and with the management of many variables, ideally in the hotel sector or in an environment subject to the CCNT.
• You are organized, rigorous, and know how to manage several subjects simultaneously while respecting sometimes very short deadlines.
• You have an excellent sense of priorities and are able to deal with the unforeseen inherent to our activity.
• You understand the challenges of operational teams and know how to adapt your approach to field realities.
• You appreciate being a true partner for managers and know how to provide reliable and pragmatic support.
• You are comfortable with numbers, HR indicators, and data analysis.
• You demonstrate curiosity and a desire to understand processes as a whole in order to identify paths for improvement.
• You are autonomous, reliable, discreet, and endowed with an excellent sense of confidentiality.
• You perfectly master French, which is indispensable for this position. Mastery of English constitutes a real asset.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and payroll management software. Knowledge of Mirus constitutes a real asset.
