Your challenges * Advise our members and clients by telephone on the products and services of TCS. * Identify the needs of our interlocutors and propose the most suitable solutions to them. * Carry out sales development, cross-selling, up-selling, and retention activities. * Process the requests of our members with professionalism and efficiency. * Ensure the entry and follow-up of interactions in our CRM tools. * Actively participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities. * Contribute, according to needs, to the support of other Contact Center teams or to transverse projects. What you bring * A first successful experience in customer service, Contact Center, sales, or consulting. * An excellent command of French, German, and Italian both orally and in writing. * A real pleasure in exchanging daily with our members and clients by telephone. * A strong customer orientation and a true sense of service. * The pleasure of advising, accompanying, and proposing solutions adapted to the needs of our interlocutors. * A sensitivity for sales, cross-selling, and the identification of opportunities. * Excellent communication, listening, and analysis skills. * Good stress management and the ability to remain calm in demanding situations. * Autonomy, team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility. * A good command of standard IT tools, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
