What awaits you

• Monitoring and development of a portfolio of AXA agencies in the Non-Life private and business sector.
• Daily exchange and coordination with private and business Back-Office employees for current business.
• Collaboration with underwriting for the preparation of offers and the definition of conditions related to the different branches of the Non-Life sector.
• Monitoring of business, processing of adaptation missions, fighting cancellations, and portfolio maintenance.
• Processing of special requests (troubleshooting) such as: special solutions, counter-cases, claims, goodwill gestures, claim files, collection, etc.
• Regular visits and occasional organization of training sessions at assigned agencies. Representation at internal and external professional events.

What you bring

• Basic training in the insurance field with solid technical knowledge, as well as several years of practical experience ideally in the distribution sector.
• AFA certification is strongly desired. A federal diploma as a private insurance specialist or a degree as an insurance economist is an asset.
• Team spirit, excellent social skills, as well as the ability to convince and negotiate.
• Strong customer orientation, faculty for analysis and projection, great capacity for adaptation and openness to change.
• Ease of expressing oneself in public and knowledge of interview, communication, and presentation techniques.
• Knowledge of the Non-Life market for individuals and businesses, as well as the various actors that compose it.
• Mastery of French (mother tongue or equivalent level). Knowledge of German is an asset.
