For our Gland-Vich concession, we are recruiting a:

Workshop Planner / After-Sales Service Advisor

Planned rate at 100%, start immediately or by arrangement

Your main tasks:

• You plan the workshop appointments for optimal organization, manage telephone calls. You accompany the customer in their procedures through your advice and offer our service offerings to them.
• You organize and coordinate the transmission and drafting of After-Sales service information. You ensure that all necessary means are provided for the smooth running of the planned operations. You ensure customer satisfaction through optimal quality of welcome.
• Develop customer loyalty, maintain it and assume a decisive role in the advice and sale of services (for example service offerings, maintenance contracts) and products (parts and accessories) for automobiles.
• Conclude contracts, guarantee the registration and billing processes from reception to the handover of vehicles.

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Training in the field of mechanics
• Sense of responsibility
• Interpersonal skills, communication skills and ability to provoke active sales
• Sense of organization and flexibility
• Mastery of IT tools
• Knowledge of English
• Driving license (cat.B)
• Resident in the canton of Vaud or Geneva
