What to expect you ##

In this role, you will complement our 18-member team and be the first point of contact for our customers and our general agencies regarding the topic of private pension.

What you will achieve with us ##

Your main task is to answer questions via telephone and e-mail professionally and competently.

Thanks to your social competence and your strong service awareness, you will provide our customers with all the necessary information about our private pension products.

In cooperation with various departments, you will coordinate complex inquiries and ensure that they are processed at a high level.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in customer contact and a customer-oriented mindset
• Pension knowledge is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
• Communicative, team-oriented and dynamic personality as well as an independent way of working
• Fluent German skills, French is a plus
