Project Manager - Store
Position open to a junior profile with high potential or an excellent store fitter (assembler) ready to evolve towards project management.
Main missions
The position is 100% technical (no commercial prospecting to be expected):
Site management and monitoring: Supervision of projects from A to Z in Genève.
Field management: Monitoring and supervising teams of assemblers.
Customer relations: Main contact for clients and architects for work monitoring.
Crisis management: Resolution of unforeseen events (management of delays, deadlines and technical disputes).
Technical: Reading plans.
Profile sought
Two types of profiles can perfectly match this position:

1. The "Evolution" profile

You are an excellent store fitter, recognized for your technical mastery and your field experience. You now wish to evolve towards a project management position, while maintaining your professional expertise.

1. The "Young Project Manager" profile

You are a young project manager with good technical foundations and you wish to develop your skills. You are motivated to learn the working methods and internal tools of the company.
Skills sought:
Excellent mastery of reading plans, mainly on AutoCAD (the creation of drawings is not required).
Good ease with IT tools (training will be provided on the company's internal software).
Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, organization and ability to manage stressful or emergency situations.
Training:
Full internal support and training are planned to compensate for the lack of experience in project management.
