Notary Secretary (50 % to 100 %) ====================================== Notary office in Coppet (Vaud) ====================================== To strengthen our team, our notary office located in Coppet (Vaud) is looking for an experienced notary secretary (in the Canton of Vaud or Geneva), rigorous, organized, and autonomous. ### Your profile * You have at least 3 years of experience in notary secretarial work (in the Canton of Vaud or Geneva); * You have perfect mastery of IT tools, particularly Word and Excel; * You are able to manage files independently; * You demonstrate rigor, organization, discretion, and a good sense of priorities. ### Your main responsibilities * Ensure the complete and autonomous management of files in the fields of commercial law, real estate law, and successions; * Draft and format correspondence and documents for the office; * Perform general secretarial tasks: mail management, archiving, invoicing, and administrative follow-up; * Ensure the proper maintenance of the office and the management of supplies; * Handle telephone reception as well as client reception and the follow-up of requests. ### We offer you A varied position within a human-sized notary office, between 50 % and 100 %. ### Start date From 11 January 2027 or by agreement. ### Application Interested persons are invited to send their application file by mail or by email, including a cover letter, a CV, work certificates, and diplomas.
