Internal service technical support collaborator*

Your tasks:

• Processing technical support requests and collaborating with internal services
• Clarification and processing of complex problems in the fields of regulation technology, hydraulics, refrigeration, electricity, and heating
• Assistance to service technicians for the diagnosis of errors and breakdowns in the field
• Preparation of service orders, including the preparation of offers and orders for spare parts
• Checking special diagrams as well as estimating the workload in terms of time and skills for commissioning
• Identification of potential series defects based on feedback and reports
• Assistance in complaint management and processing of complex billing complaints
• Maintenance of master data in the CRM
• Partial assistance in internal service administration

Your profile:

• Vocational training in the field of building technology, for example heating installer, refrigeration technician, or installation electrician
• Professional experience in the fields of hydraulics, heating, refrigeration technologies/heat pumps, and electricity
• Complementary commercial training (business school, technical salesperson) appreciated
• Professional experience in internal service
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as ideally CRM)
• French as a native language and good linguistic knowledge in German
• Sense of organization, structured, systematic, and analytical working method
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills, stress resistance, reliability, team spirit
