• Ensure the follow-up of interactions in our CRM tools.

Within our Contact Center in Vernier/Genève, you support our members and prospects daily through competent, personalized, and solution-oriented advice. Through your professionalism and sense of service, you actively contribute to offering a quality customer experience and promoting TCS services.

Your challenges

• Advise our members and customers by telephone on TCS products and services.
• Identify the needs of our interlocutors and propose the most suitable solutions to them.
• Perform sales development, cross-selling, up-selling, and retention activities.
• Process our members' requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure the entry and follow-up of interactions in our CRM tools.
• Actively participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute, as needed, to supporting other Contact Center teams or to cross-functional projects.

What you bring

• A first successful experience in customer service, Contact Center, sales, or consulting.
• Excellent command of French, German, and Italian both spoken and written.
• A real pleasure in interacting daily with our members and customers by telephone.
• A strong customer orientation and a true sense of service.
• The pleasure of advising, supporting, and proposing solutions adapted to the needs of our interlocutors.
• A sensitivity to sales, cross-selling, and the identification of opportunities.
• Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills.
• Good stress management and the ability to remain calm in demanding situations.
• Autonomy, team spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Good command of standard IT tools, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
