Onsite IT Support Technician (m/f/d) - Microsoft 365 | Workplace Support | Genève

For a long-term client project in Genève, we are looking for an experienced level 2 onsite IT support technician. In this role, you will provide direct support to users on-site and ensure the proper functioning of workstations and IT equipment. You will assist employees as well as management in resolving technical problems, handle IMAC services and Break & Fix interventions, and coordinate external service providers in the Retail environment if necessary. The project is planned for an initial duration of 26 months, with an optional extension of up to 36 months. The transition phase will begin in December 2026, followed by operational start in January/February 2027.

Missions:

• Provide onsite support to users in the Service Desk and Kiosk environment
• Analyze, process and resolve technical incidents as well as level 2 service requests
• Assist users with issues related to the Microsoft Workplace environment, Windows, Microsoft 365 and IT equipment
• Provide support and management for mobile devices, especially smartphones
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services as well as Break & Fix interventions
• Provide professional VIP support to management and members of the management team
• Ensure support dispatching and coordinate external providers for Retail stores and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Document incidents, requests and solutions provided, while guaranteeing a high level of service
• Be available to work overtime as needed, which will be paid additionally

Profile sought:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in client/end-user IT support, ideally in onsite and level 2 support
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Workplace environment, notably Windows, Microsoft 365 and IT equipment
• Experience in mobile device support and management
• Experience with IMAC services, Break & Fix interventions and incident management
• Experience in VIP support and accompanying demanding users is an asset
• Knowledge of support dispatching and coordination of external providers, ideally in the Retail sector and POS systems, is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, with a strong sense of service
• Professional presentation, good communication skills and ease in direct contact with customers
• Availability for a long-term mission onsite at the final client in Genève
• Availability to work overtime paid as needed
