Alarm Operator ##

What you accomplish ###

In this role, you work in a team while benefiting from great autonomy.

At the heart of our remote monitoring system, you play an essential role in the security and satisfaction of our customers on a national scale. As a guarantor of service quality, you intervene every day in a dynamic environment where reactivity and reliability are paramount.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Ensure the processing of alarms and manage the engagement of intervention forces
• Manage calls to customers, the police and intervention with efficiency, in French and German
• Control and validate commissioning as well as maintenance operations carried out in the field
• Actively contribute to operational excellence guaranteeing the reception of alarms
• Ensure the administrative processing of certain activities related to the customer lifecycle

A versatile and empowering position, at the crossroads of technology, customer service and action.

• Basic training
• Mastery of French and German (nice to have: Swiss German) or vice-versa
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Ease on the phone and a particularly developed sense of customer service
• Versatility and autonomy in the processing of activities
• Resistance to stress and ability to keep one's cool
• Willingness to learn a new profession
