We are looking for, for an immediate start or to be agreed, a Customer Support Manager for our general agency in Bienne-Soleure. Our network of agencies extends across two cantons and includes three agencies, offering a varied work environment, paced by stimulating missions and enriching interactions.
In this responsible position, you will collaborate closely with the general agent, our clientele as well as the various internal departments, in order to guarantee smooth and efficient functioning.
The missions that await you:
You supervise a team of 12 employees, including an apprentice, and assume global responsibility for the organization of support within the general agency
You provide active support to commercial activities, both for the external service and for partner brokers
You are in charge of claims management and ensure their efficient and rigorous processing
You contribute to the continuous development of your team's skills by participating in specialized training and management
Your profile:
You have several years of experience in the insurance field and ideally hold a federal diploma or a degree in insurance
A dynamic and forward-looking leader, you have already successfully held managerial positions
You distinguish yourself by your ability to supervise, support, and evolve your team
Organized and structured, you maintain an overview and your composure, even in demanding situations
French is your mother tongue and you have good knowledge of German
