As a Technician in the Infrastructure-Sanitary team at Nestlé, you play a central role by leveraging your sanitary skills complemented by knowledge in electricity and HVAC, in order to ensure technical and operational support.

You will make a difference by collaborating closely with technical teams, campus employees, as well as our external service providers. This is an opportunity to take on responsibilities, develop your expertise, and achieve concrete results that make a difference on a large scale.

Your impact as a Sanitary Technician

• Guarantee the availability and reliability of the campus technical installations by driving daily operational activities and monitoring intervention requests, and by providing on-call service.
• Ensure continuity of services by deploying the preventive and corrective maintenance plan, in close collaboration with the electricity and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning teams.
• Maintain the compliance of safety equipment (lifelines, dry risers, fire extinguishers, fire hoses) by planning and coordinating regulatory inspections.
• Secure every intervention through risk analysis, monitoring of internal and external activities, and the application of current standards.
• Provide a suitable working environment for more than 3,000 employees by identifying their needs and evaluating the impact of installations on their activities.
• Advance performance and operational efficiency by proposing continuous improvement solutions.
• Technical on-call service.

The keys to your success

• Leverage solid technical expertise in sanitary or in a field of building technology; a technical CFC is an asset.
• Bring experience in a demanding service environment, with a keen sense of customer service and communication.
• Very good knowledge of electrical and HVAC techniques; a certification in fire protection is an important asset.
• Mastery of SHE requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage emergency situations on critical installations in a demanding environment.

• Manage your priorities with full autonomy, master IT tools, and demonstrate proactivity, tact, and team spirit.
• Demonstrate courage, collaboration, speed, and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
