Versatile Administrative Assistant M/F/D – hospitality, catering & tourism (M/F) 70 to 100%

Our team orchestrates accommodation, catering and tourist activity reservations for our entities (Hôtel de l'Aigle, Auberge de Jeunesse du Val-de-Travers, Les Mines d'asphalte, the Noiraigue station, the point I du Val-de-Travers). From small groups to large groups, from classic outings to the most original desires, we accompany families, friends and colleagues in the realization of their events.
Your mission :

• Actively contribute to the smooth running and organization of the Customer Hub
• Manage the company's reservations within the "customer hub" team and ensure their follow-up
• Participate in the improvement of our processes and tools
• Collaborate with the "customer hub" team in defining complete offers
• Participate in the tourism dynamics of Val-de-Travers
• Actively contribute to the sale and development of our services
• Answer visitor questions at the tourist information point (in person, email and telephone)

Your profile :

• You have a CFC in commerce, training in tourism or equivalent.
• You are used to taking and sharing responsibilities.
• You possess a commercial spirit and naturally bring new proposals and solutions adapted to the situations encountered. You know how to adapt.
• You have experience and enjoy working for the hospitality world.
• You are versatile, autonomous, rigorous, organized and reactive, capable of managing several requests in parallel.
• You speak fluently and write in French, German and English.
