For its technical support team, in Sierre (VS), Eversys is looking for a Media Operations Coordinator (M/F).

This is an open-ended contract reporting to the technical support team leader. Activity rate of 100 %.

Media Operations Coordinator - Technical Support (M/F)

Key responsibilities:

Triage and first response to tickets: Support the team by managing the initial triage of incoming tickets, resolving non-technical requests such as identifying part numbers, documentation, and general information.

Telemetry and asset administration: Ensure the daily management of assets in the telemetry system and manage the creation and distribution of customer credentials.

Video production and library management: Film, edit, and organize technical "how-to" videos, under the supervision of experienced technicians to ensure technical accuracy.

Knowledge base management: Maintain the company knowledge base by writing and updating support articles to ensure the accessibility and currency of information.

Operational support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the team of trainers and technicians to ensure the smooth running of department workflows.

What you bring:

Education: Commercial CFC with technical affinity or technical CFC with interest in administration and media content.

Mandatory: Experience with video editing software and content management.

Strong willingness to work with technical data, customers, and colleagues.

Languages: French C2 and English B2 (written), any other language is an asset.

IT skills: Comfortable with IT tools.
