The establishments Royal, N'vY, Auteuil, Kipling, Jade and Edelweiss each cultivate a unique universe, which distinguishes them from one another while defending common values. We are looking for the Manotel headquarters: Group Reservations Agent ### Your mission As the true preferred interlocutor for our group and seminar clients, you actively contribute to the development of our business by ensuring rigorous and personalized follow-up of requests. In this capacity, you will notably be required to: * Analyze group and seminar requests taking into account activity periods, availability and revenue objectives. * Develop attractive and competitive commercial proposals, in collaboration with the Revenue Management department. * Manage the entire reservation process for business, leisure, institutional, congress and seminar groups. * Prepare, send and ensure follow-up of commercial offers until their confirmation. * Enter and update information in the reservation systems. * Advise clients and promote all services of Groupe Manotel. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures. ### Your profile * Training in hospitality (Hotel school or training deemed equivalent). * First successful experience in reservations, reception or a similar position in hospitality. * Excellent sense of customer service and interpersonal skills. * Sense of organization, rigor and ability to manage several files simultaneously. * Strong commercial flair and good negotiation skills. * Good knowledge of the Geneva hotel market, an asset. * Excellent command of French and English; a third language is a plus, ideally German. * Mastery of Opera Cloud. * Good command of office tools (Microsoft Office). ### We offer you * The opportunity to join the leading hotel group in the 3 and 4-star categories in Geneva. * A dynamic, stimulating and multicultural working environment. * A committed team passionate about hospitality. * The possibility to develop your skills within a group recognized for its professionalism and its spirit of innovation. * Attractive working conditions and prospects for evolution. ### Interested?
