You autonomously ensure the entire payroll cycle for several establishments, representing a population of 700 to 850 employees. You prepare, control and close the monthly salaries taking into account the many variables specific to the hotel industry and the provisions of the CCNT. You ensure the follow-up of data transmitted by the various sites, manage deadlines and identify any anomalies. As a true reference interlocutor, you support employees, managers and HR teams on questions related to salaries. You also participate in the monitoring of HR indicators and the continuous improvement of processes.

Profile sought
-----------------

With the benefit of confirmed experience in payroll management in Switzerland, ideally in a complex and multi-site environment, you master the entire payroll process. You are particularly comfortable with large volumes of data and the many variables related to the hotel sector. Organized, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to manage priorities and meet sometimes short deadlines. Your sense of service, your discretion and your excellent analytical skills allow you to be a reliable partner for operational teams. Perfect mastery of French is indispensable and knowledge of Mirus constitutes a real asset.
