Senior HR Specialist 80-100% #

What you will do:

• You process and coordinate central HR administration processes throughout the employee life cycle, from entries and changes to exits, absences, as well as work permits
• You take charge of complex cases and provide your support on questions relating to Swiss social insurances, payroll-related processes, HR systems, and regulatory requirements
• You ensure high quality of HR master data and coordinate relevant data and processes with all concerned stakeholders
• You support the HR services team on technical questions, coordinate priorities, and contribute to a reliable service quality, clear responsibilities, and efficient processes
• You identify optimization potentials and are part of local and global HR service projects, particularly in the areas of standardization, digitalization, and automation

What you bring:

• Several years of practical experience in Swiss personnel administration and a deep understanding of relevant HR and social insurance topics, as well as completed basic training with additional training in human resources management, for example as an HR specialist with federal diploma
• Good knowledge of Swiss payroll processes, year-end work, as well as interfaces with authorities, insurances, pension funds, and internal stakeholders
• Experience in process optimization, HR transformation, documentation, or service delivery, as well as enjoyment in critically questioning existing processes and actively evolving them
• Good knowledge of SuccessFactors and ideally experience as a key user, as well as a strong affinity for data and excellent Excel skills
• You communicate confidently in German and have good knowledge of English
