Your mission

As a service advisor, you are at the heart of the customer relationship and the smooth running of the workshop. Concretely, you:

• accompany our customers from A to Z, from making an appointment to the handover of the vehicle
• plan workshop interventions by optimizing resources, deadlines and the availability of parts
• ensure a central coordination role between customers and workshop managers
• advise customers in a professional and proactive manner, by proposing solutions adapted to their needs
• establish quotes and follow repair orders through to invoicing and payment
• contribute to the good organization of the service, including the planning and monitoring of certain team activities

Your profile

Essential:

• Basic technical training (mechanics or related field)
• Sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
• Organization, rigor and the ability to manage several files simultaneously
• Good command of standard IT tools
• Positive attitude, team spirit and a well-developed sense of responsibility
• Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language

Your additional assets:

• Experience in a similar position, ideally in the utility vehicle sector
• Service advisor training with a federal diploma
• Commercial affinity and a taste for consulting
• Category C/CE driving license
