At WAB, we are looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive person to become a true administrative point of reference for the company.

Administrative Manager

Your field of activity

Your role will not be limited to managing a secretariat. You will work in direct connection with the Management, project managers, accounting, and our various interlocutors, with a simple objective: to ensure fluid, reliable, and efficient administration.

You will take charge of general administration and reception, while providing concrete support to the Management and project managers: correspondence, documents, presentations, minutes, internal organization, and events.

You also play a central role in the administrative monitoring of our projects: opening and managing projects in Abacus and Power Apps, preparation and monitoring of invoicing, down payments, receipts, accounts receivable, and reminders in collaboration with the accounting department.

On the supplier side, you ensure the entry and control of invoices and do not hesitate to investigate when information is missing or an inconsistency appears.

And because a company must also be visible, you contribute to bringing the image of WAB to life externally through our social networks.

Your assets

You hold a CFC as a commercial employee and have several years of experience in a versatile administrative function.

You are comfortable with numbers as well as people, know how to organize your priorities, and enjoy working autonomously.

We are especially looking for someone who likes to take charge, anticipate, find solutions, and move naturally from one subject to another without losing the thread.

Knowledge of Abacus constitutes a real advantage.
