For many years, the Fondation Aigues-Vertes has been committed to the inclusion and social participation of people living with an intellectual disability. It offers a living and working environment conducive to the development of personal, social, and professional skills, while respecting the autonomy and dignity of each individual.

In this context, the Foundation manages a living and working site, in the form of a village, located in the municipality of Bernex, welcoming residents and external beneficiaries and promoting an inclusive, human, and professional approach to support.

In order to strengthen its Atelier Textile, the Fondation Aigues-Vertes is looking for a:

Workshop Master at 80-100%

Your missions

• You support beneficiaries in adapted employment and ensure about ten professional references.
• As part of a team, you support pedagogical follow-up and adapt workstations.
• You participate in all activities necessary for the manufacture, marketing, and promotion of the workshop's products.

Your profile

• Training as a Maître·sse socioprofessionnel·le ES or as an Educateur·trice spécialisé·e;
• Proven experience in the same type of position and with a population living with an intellectual disability;
• Strong interest in the world of textile creative activities;
• Dynamic and versatile;
• Proactive;
• Ability to work autonomously, while integrating into a multidisciplinary team;
• Very good writing skills and sense of organization;
• Rigor, commitment, sense of responsibility, and recognized interpersonal skills.
