Following the retirement of its Head of Human Resources, Les Fleurs du Temps is advertising a position as: Head of Human Resources / Member of the extended management / 80 -- 100 % Your main responsibilities are as follows: Develop the HR function and position it as a strategic partner * Ensure the transversal operational management of the HR department and lead the team of specialists * Guarantee the HR processes necessary for the management and evolution of personnel (recruitment-offboarding, compensation, training, evaluation, HR monitoring, management of psycho-social risks, occupational health, career tracking, internal mobility) * Support and advise the Management and Executives on questions of organization, HR, professional culture and labor law * Master the framework conditions (payroll, overtime, absenteeism and sickness) in order to respect operational budgets * Develop the attractiveness of the institution by developing the employer brand. Contribute as a member of the extended Management team of Les Fleurs du Temps * Contribute and participate in the implementation of strategic objectives * Provide an HR cockpit for the attention of the Management and the Board * Manage or support institutional projects by integrating stakeholders * Represent the Institution in its field of responsibility and get involved in internal and external projects * Actively support internal and external communication actions * Be an experienced referent in crisis management. Your professional profile: * Background. Experienced HR Manager or Head of HR department. 5 years of successful and concrete experience in a similar function. Force of commitment and achievement * Style. Excels in the co-construction of solutions. Sense of diplomacy. Adherence to a participatory approach to management. Natural leadership * Added-value. Proven knowledge of the legal framework in force and the Valais socio-sanitary ecosystem. Stature. Strategic capacity to sit in a management team * Missions.
