Centre de Formation Professionnelle Spécialisée (CFPS Director or Director of the Centre de Formation Professionnelle Spécialisée (CFPS), Le Repuis ( is one of the main structures in French-speaking Switzerland for the training of apprentices with cognitive, physical, psychological, or behavioral difficulties. It welcomes approximately 370 young people per year from all of French-speaking Switzerland and is headquartered in Grandson. Since its creation, Le Repuis has constantly evolved and adapted to meet the needs of beneficiaries and new regulations coming from the institutional bodies supporting the Foundation's mission. In this context and to succeed the current Director who will retire in 2027, the Foundation Board of Le Repuis is looking for its future: Director Combine strategic agility and operational excellence In 2025, the governance of the Fondation du Repuis evolved with the implementation of a Foundation Board restricted to seven members. This new organization aims to gain reactivity and proximity with the Management, to fluidize strategic steering, to accelerate decision-making, and to strengthen the Foundation's capacity to respond with agility to current and future challenges. In close partnership with the Foundation Board, the Director actively contributes to strategic reflections, provides a prospective vision of the sector's challenges, and formulates proposals to ensure the sustainability and influence of the CFPS Le Repuis. At the head of an institution of more than 220 employees, supported by 3 deputy directors, your missions are: Define and steer the strategic orientations and the development of the institution; Ensure global, financial, organizational, and operational responsibility for the CFPS; Lead the management committee and supervise the teams; Guarantee the quality of services and their adaptation to the needs of beneficiaries and clients, while ensuring their compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; Represent the institution to institutional, economic, and political partners. Your background and skills You have solid management experience and move with ease in complex institutional environments. You know how to build lasting relationships with authorities, partners, and decision-making bodies. Possessing a clear and meaningful strategic vision, you identify new responses to the emerging needs of beneficiaries and develop partnerships promoting the sustainability of the Foundation. You also possess: University degree, HES or equivalent, supplemented by management training; a degree in the field of training or socio-professional integration is an asset; Proven knowledge of socio-educational environments, legal and institutional frameworks; Capacity to unite, mobilize, and give meaning to collective action; Capacity to make decisions, to arbitrate with discernment, and to bring together sometimes divergent interests, including in complex and uncertain contexts; Sense of listening and analysis to provide the right level of information depending on the audience; Good capacity to adapt, resistance to stress, commitment, and a high sense of responsibility, ethics, and public service.
