In order to complete our Client team, we are looking for an

Import/Export Specialist 80% - 100% (M/F)

Mission

Carry out the administrative and logistical import-export operations from order to delivery. Ensure the management of relations between the different partners of the commercial transaction.

Responsibilities

• Keep the statistics and the complete history of exports up to date in real time
• Keep up to date an internal company procedure regarding import-export and ensure that it is respected by all concerned departments
• Archiving of export documents
• Invoicing
• 100% management of After-Sales Service (SAV): Reception of parts, Processing (sending, quotes, validation of quotes, invoicing, delivery, etc.)
• 100% management of bracelets: Supplies, Customer orders, Invoicing, Shipments and Monitoring of the Goodwill Budget
• Monthly issuance of Account Statements for each partner
• Management of finished Timepiece stocks, Inventory management: Saleable stock, press stock, SAV Timepiece stock
• Provide backup for the Sales Operations Coordinator function.

Profile

• Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee, professional maturity or a title deemed equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position and preferably in the watch industry
• Good understanding of an international commercial service, notions of accounting
• Mastery of standard IT tools (Office Suite), Very good knowledge of an ERP, ideally ProConcept
• Fluent French and English
• You are a person: Rigorous, Organized and possessing very good analytical and synthesis skills; Service and solution oriented, you are attentive to needs and like to provide your support to achieve the objectives of the team and the company.
