On behalf of our client, an organization active in vocational training, we are looking for an engaged, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality, capable of ensuring the follow-up of apprentices while developing a network of companies.

Job Description

In direct connection with partner companies, apprentices, and the various actors in vocational training, you contribute to the smooth running of apprenticeship paths and the development of the network of training companies.

Your responsibilities

Recruitment and selection of apprentices

• Identify the needs of partner companies regarding the recruitment of apprentices.
• Search for, pre-select, and meet candidates.
• Evaluate their motivation, their potential, and the suitability of their profile with the needs of the companies.
• Organize the connections between candidates and partner companies.
• Support the recruitment process until the finalization of the engagement.

Follow-up and support of apprentices

• Ensure regular follow-up of apprentices during their training.
• Maintain a close link between the apprentice, the training company, and the vocational school.
• Identify any difficulties and intervene proactively in order to favor the success of the apprenticeship.
• Organize follow-up interviews and reviews with the various interlocutors.
• Contribute to the search for solutions in case of relational, academic, or professional difficulties.

Coordination with companies and training partners

• Maintain relationships of trust with the companies in the network.
• Ensure fluid communication between apprentices, companies, vocational schools, and other concerned partners.
• Support companies in their processes and respond to their needs regarding vocational training.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of situations and guarantee the continuity of exchanges between stakeholders.

Development and prospecting of the network

• Identify and prospect new companies likely to join the network.
• Present the services and advantages of the organization to interested companies.
• Understand the needs of companies and propose solutions adapted to their training possibilities.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of lasting partners.
• Actively participate in the promotion of vocational training in the Fribourg region.

Desired Profile

• You have a vocational training as a commercial employee (CFC mandatory)
• You benefit from the CFFE in-company trainer course for apprentices (one August)
• You have already trained CFC commercial employee apprentices
• You are comfortable in exchanges with various interlocutors and know how to establish a relationship of trust.
• You demonstrate listening skills, diplomacy, pragmatism, and a good sense of responsibility.
• You are autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• You master the usual IT tools and have excellent writing skills in French.
