PERMANENT POSITION

For one of our clients based in Lausanne, we are looking for their future

Customer Service Specialist (M/F/X)

The position:

• You ensure the complete finalization of financing files before their settlement, you perform rigorous control of the required documents and carry out precise data entry into the system.
• You are in daily telephone contact with a demanding clientele whom you will advise and inform in a professional manner.
• You are the contact person (Entry Point) for various partners and suppliers and are responsible for the coordination and internal administrative follow-up of our relationships.
• You work in close collaboration with our financial advisors and coordinate communication with our various internal departments.
• You guarantee first-class service in every situation and contribute successfully to the continuous improvement of our service quality.
• Medium-term evolution of the service towards the Middle-Office: You independently prepare commercial offers, prepare simplified financing files up to the conclusion of contracts for which you also ensure the administrative management and follow-up.

Profile and required skills

• You have a commercial training (CFC) or higher (maturity, business school) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function (Back-Office, Customer Service)
• Native French speaker, you have a good command of German in writing and speaking. English is an asset.
• You are dynamic and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a strong team spirit.
• You are quick-witted and have good organizational skills.
• You like numbers and use standard Office IT tools with ease.
• You are customer-oriented and always seek the best solution for our partners. You know how to identify needs and additional sales opportunities.
