Responsibilities ###

• Support HR Business Partners in operational and strategic HR activities
• Advise managers and employees on selected HR processes and policies
• Prepare HR analyses, reports, presentations and decision-making materials
• Contribute to organizational changes, workforce planning and talent management initiatives
• Manage assigned HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee development and offboarding activities
• Coordinate and follow up on people-related actions and initiatives
• Participate in local and global HR projects
• Support process improvement and HR digitalization initiatives
• Generate HR metrics, reporting and data-driven recommendations

Profile ###

• Degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist HR role
• Experience working on HR projects is an advantage
• Experience in an international environment is desirable
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle HR processes
• Knowledge of Swiss labor law is beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with HR systems and digital HR processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, solution-oriented and self-driven working style
