Your role
As part of our claims activities, we are looking for a Claims Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring autonomous, rigorous, and customer-oriented management of claim files, particularly in the fields of travel insurance (cancellation, interruption, luggage), shopping insurance, as well as ski insurance, in close collaboration with the various stakeholders in the processing of files.

• Take calls and open claim files
• Manage various files (travel insurance, shopping, ski, etc.) autonomously and in a customer-oriented manner
• Analyze situations, make decisions, and settle benefits in accordance with legal and contractual provisions
• Ensure correspondence and exchanges with the various parties involved in the settlement of a claim, notably the insured, the medical service, other insurers, and lawyers

What you bring ##

• Proven experience in managing travel cancellation claims (minimum 2 years)
• Perfect mastery of French and German (minimum C1), good knowledge of English (minimum B2), Italian and Swiss German being an asset
• Excellent writing skills and autonomy in work
• Ease in telephone contacts, team spirit, good organizational skills and dynamism
• Flexibility, analytical mind and good resistance to stress
• Good mastery of IT tools, notably the Office Pack
