Missions :

Advise and assist customers and systematically welcome them with a friendly smile in the following areas:
In the entrance area: Greet customers, ensure they feel welcome and well-informed from the start, and direct them to the right contact person if necessary.
In Småland: Ensure that children aged 3 to 10 are in good hands.
At the returns counter: Find quick, simple, and customer-oriented solutions for all problems, based on our internal guidelines.
In the goods collection area: Check and hand over purchased goods to our customers and ensure that waiting times are as short as possible.
At the checkout: Prove every day that service can be both fast and friendly and say goodbye to people in a way that makes them want to return: with a smile.
A minimum English level of B2 in English is required for this position
