Chargé de recrutement (H/F)

Your future responsibilities:

• You will work in collaboration with the sales staff.
• You will define the necessary skills and aptitudes in the job description.
• You will ensure the recruitment of candidates, calls for tender and compliance with the recruitment budget.
• You will identify and evaluate professional projects and personally advise interlocutors.
• You will participate in the selection process, the evaluation and the hiring of the potential employee.
• You will ensure the follow-up of employees both in post and waiting
• You will be the ambassador of our company, its values and its principles.

Your profile:

• You benefit from experience in recruitment professions.
• You possess good experience in the construction, electricity or other technical trade sector.
• You know the specificities of the job market in the Neuchâtel region.
• Whether you are a university graduate or self-taught, we are looking for passionate talents.
• You are a competitor and you develop your performance in a team spirit.
• You have a good command of French with a very good writing ability.
• You speak one or more foreign languages fluently.
• You have a good knowledge of common IT tools.
• You have real soft skills (availability, rigor, interpersonal skills).
• You are a trustworthy person.
• You possess a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
