Your mission: As a service advisor, you are at the heart of the customer relationship and the smooth running of the workshop. Concretely, you: * accompany our customers from A to Z, from making an appointment to the delivery of the vehicle * plan workshop interventions by optimizing resources, deadlines and the availability of parts * ensure a central coordination role between customers and workshop managers * advise customers in a professional and proactive manner, proposing solutions adapted to their needs * prepare quotes and follow repair orders until invoicing and payment * contribute to the good organization of the service, including the planning and monitoring of certain team activities. Your profile. Indispensable: * Basic technical training (mechanics or related field) * Sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills * Organization, rigor and ability to manage several files simultaneously * Good command of standard IT tools * Positive attitude, team spirit and well-developed sense of responsibility * French or German native language with good knowledge of the other language. Your additional assets: * Experience in a similar position, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector * Service advisor training with a federal certificate * Commercial affinity and a taste for consulting * Category C/CE driving license.
