Your Mission

• Assist the restaurant manager in the operational management of service.
• Guarantee a friendly and personalized customer experience
• Contribute to the management and cohesion of the team.
• Welcome customers with elegance, confidence, and naturalness.
• Supervise the smooth running of service in coordination with the kitchen and the sommelier department.
• Ensure the rhythm, precision, and constant quality of service.
• Supervise and support the chefs de rang.
• Participate in daily briefings.
• Ensure the transmission of the values of sharing and passion for our profession.

Your Profile

• Hotel training or proven experience in gastronomic or high-end catering.
• Previous experience as a Chef de rang.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Excellent presentation and communication.
• Mastery of service codes and especially conviviality.
• Interest in wine and gastronomy.
